Diversity and Inclusion team
The Diversity and Inclusion Team is a voluntary employee-led group that fosters an inclusive workplace aligned with our organizational mission and values. We strive to ensure that diverse viewpoints are considered in people initiatives and business choices, and are always looking for new and creative ideas to continue to build a culture of belonging, where everyone feels valued.
We partner with non-profit organizations whose mission is to support underrepresented communities and focus on students who may not have the same opportunities as their peers. Our interns and apprentices learn on real client work and help to solve business challenges under the guidance and direction of a manager who is dedicated to their success.

A women’s leadership initiative that supports our female employees and creates opportunities to maximize their professional potential, as well as to prepare for leadership roles within Choreograph and in the tech industry.
We know that work plays a major role in most of our lives these days. At Choreograph, it’s important to us to foster an engaging social environment where our teams can not just work alongside one another, but get to know and learn from each other on a personal level.
The Culture Champion Team is a global volunteer group, responsible for activities and traditions that bring our guiding principles to life. This includes how we celebrate our people, how we tell our Choreograph story, and most importantly, how we showcase who we are through our work and behavior.

The engagement team is really a squad of Choreograph party planners who are tasked with creating fun events to bring our global teams together to connect and celebrate our successes. They’ve planned ranging from escape rooms to costume contests to a day-long masterclass where employees across the globe share their hobbies and expertise outside of work.
